Gary Phillips’s practice encompasses general civil litigation, insurance defense, probate and real estate matters and domestic relations law.

Mr. Phillips has extensive experience in state and federal court litigating on behalf of clients in cases involving negligence, including personal injury, insurance defense and contract disputes.  His probate practice encompasses representing individuals, personal representatives and trustees in resolving estate issues.  Gary also routinely handles commercial and residential real estate matters, including financing, sale and lease contracts and title disputes.
