Erika Huber’s practice consists primarily of general corporate and business law, business transactions and business planning.

Mrs. Huber has worked extensively with clients in a wide variety of corporate transactions, financing and securities law matters.  Erika regularly provides advice and assistance with all aspects of entity selection and formation, contract drafting and negotiation and merger and acquisition transactions.  In addition, she routinely drafts private placement memorandums and otherwise assists clients with securities compliance documents and issues.
