Tom Caddell is a native of Decatur and has practiced with the firm since 1960. His practice focuses on commercial real estate matters and general corporate representation.
Tom Caddell’s four decades of legal practice have afforded him particular expertise in commercial and residential real estate development and title insurance matters. He regularly represents developers, lenders and investors involved in commercial development transactions. He also regularly represents banks and other financial institutions in all types of commercial and real estate loan transactions, as well as real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Tom has also assisted several large manufacturing companies with the acquisition of real estate and facilities for use in their operations in North Alabama.
